Our fantastic Craig Nos Caravan Site is nestled between the quiet historical village of Beeston Regis with its handy bus service and excellent car boot sales and the quaint seaside town of Sheringham. Here in Sheringham you will find that there is everything you need in terms of entertainment, eating and shopping. You’ll find a Tescos and Sainsburys in the town centre, a weekly market, a fruit and veg shop, together with an array of award winning cafes and restaurants and pubs which means that you will be spoilt for choice. The Little Theatre holds regular cinema nights and puts on shows and all kinds of entertainment and is well worth checking out. There is also easy access to the beach and pubs that host live bands.

We understand your need for relaxation and that is why Craig Nos Caravan Site is exclusively for adults. You can take your time to appreciate the many walks in the local area, and some that are direct from the site, as well as the beautiful sunsets and sunrises. From Craig Nos a short car journey takes you in the direction of Blakeney and Cley next to the Sea with its well renowned bird watching sites, seal trips and a Michelin starred restaurant for that extra special treat. Upper Sheringham woods are a great destination if wildlife spotting is your thing, and makes a nice change from the buzz of the town centre. If golf is your thing then you’ve got three excellent choices, Sheringham, Cromer, and West Runton. Our site is also conveniently situated near supermarkets and petrol stations so you’ll never need to run out of any essentials.

Here at Craig Nos you won’t need to worry about hordes of people because we have a total of five pitches - each pitch is very well situated with a solid surface and shingle covering. And you’ll be pleased to note we’ve provided lovely private grass areas so you can make the most of the weather and the sunshine, enjoying a little tipple or a cup of tea. Whether you have a motorhome or a caravan you will be more than welcome here at Craig Nos - our pitches are available throughout the year and have been well equipped with individual water points.

So, what can you expect from Craig Nos? Firstly we like to keep our site looking its absolute best throughout the year and that means you can expect freshly cut grass and neat and tidy surroundings. Craig Nos is in a truly breathtaking location, and you really need to be here to see it for yourself. The beach is just a short distance away and while Sheringham is lovely and sandy, we also have Cromer with its famous pier just a few miles away and West Runton with its links to the remains of a Wooly Mammoth as well as numerous rock pools which draw in crowds of school groups during term time.

The numerous interesting shops in Sheringham will provide a days worth of entertainment and give you the opportunity to pick up some souvenirs or even some useful items for your trip. If you need something specific for your caravan or motorhome then head to West Runton where the Caravan Accessory shop will be able to help you out. The North Norfolk Railway offers you the chance to step back in time on their beautiful steam railway - taking you to Holt and back. The views on the way are second to none and this is one of those “must do” activities. You might be lucky enough to be here for things like the Swinging 60’s weekend (Cromer) or the very famous Sheringham 40’s weekend or even the local Carnivals that are held in the summer. There’s even a Crab and Lobster weekend which offers lots of foodie stalls and other entertainment.

Because we only have 5 pitches on our site, we like to keep our presence to a minimum to ensure you have all the privacy you need and if we are on site it’s just to do a quick check to make sure everything is ok. We have an advanced online booking policy, allowing you to book and secure the pitch of your choice, along with access to dates and availability of each pitch. A deposit will be collected at the time of booking followed by an invoice for the balance when it becomes due (30 days before arrival or immediately if arrival is within 30 days).

When you get closer to the area, turn into Britons Lane from the A148. We do not recommend accessing Britons Lane from the A149 with a caravan or large motorhome.

Turn left into 'Sheringwood' from Britons lane, just after Warren Kennels, this is an unmade private road, just before the entrance to Anglia Mowers, do not turn into Anglia Mowers. The entrance to the new site is the 2nd turning on your right, do not turn into the 'Sheringwood CAMC' signposted drive, go past this and you will see the new entrance almost immediately on your right, with a wooden fence panelled shingled entrance.

Follow the shingle drive and you will see the pitches on your left. Pitch 1 is the 1st on your left, pitch 5 is the furthest.
